Bikes Each flat has assigned bikes (adult, and MTB for children 4-12). All bikes can be fitted out with a child seat, helmets, and LED lights.

Kid Kit We provide children’s accessories for mealtime, nappy-changing, bedtime, and bathtime. The Kit includes handy 12-36 month strollers. These recline and feature a shade and under-seat basket.

OZOSANY Upon request, we offer antibacterial sterilisation with Ozone (Oᴈ), in addition to normal housekeeping services. Recommended for allergy sufferers.

24/7 service We are always available to provide assistance on property. We provide tourist information on events and programmes in Varazze and the surrounding areas.
